Geniş Işın Tipi

Düz gibi görünen yüzeylere yakından bakıldığında genellikle küçük yansımalar ve çukurlar olduğu görülür. Bu mikroskobik pürüzler normal ışınlı sensörlerde genellikle ölçüm hatalarına neden olur. Geniş ışın ile birlikte kullanılan sensör başlığı sayesinde düzgün olmayan yüzeyler zorlu hedeflerin bile doğru şekilde ölçülebilmesi mümkündür.

Fırçalanmış metal yüzey ölçümü

Yansımalar için Geliştirilmiş Sensör Başlığı

KEYENCE sensör başlığı yansımalar için geliştirilmiştir ve yansımaya göre pozisyon alarak tam doğruluk sağlar. KEYENCE, doğrusallığı yüksek oranda arttırmak için ışık alıcı optik sistemi özel olarak tasarlamıştır. Bunun da ötesinde KEYENCE, aynasal yansıma için konumlandırılan sensör başlıkları ile hizalama ayarlamasını test ederek F.S özelliklerini %±0.02 sapma ile karşılar.

Hız (m/s) ve İvme (m/s2) Ölçümü

LK-G5000 Serisi hızını (m/s) ve ivmesini (m/s2) doğrudan ölçme özelliğine sahiptir. Ölçüm tipini seçmeniz yeterlidir:  “deplasman”, “hız” ya da “ivme”. Diferansiyel işleme devresi kumandanın içinde bulunduğundan, önceden ayrıca hesaplanan ölçümleri tek işlemde yapabilmek mümkündür. Temaslı sensör ile ölçülmesi zor olan hafif, kolay deforme olan ve yüksek sıcaklıktaki hedeflerin ölçümü için uygundur.
